First Capital PRIDE is partnering with the Portsmouth City Health Department and Dirty South Therapeutics to offer FREE, anonymous HIV and syphilis testing for residents of Ross County and the surrounding areas at the beginning of each month. Hours are 10 am to 6pm. No appointment necessary.
